With Different Eyes

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union there has been a resurgence in pilgrimage all over Russia.

Over a period of 8 years Sandra, together with historian Stella Rock, has travelled all corners of Russia joining processions and visiting shrines. The resulting images have been published numerously, and exhibited several times, notably in collaboration with INaSec in The Netherlands.
